Ultra Wideband Spectral Analysis extends TDS/DPO/DSA oscilloscopes to analyze how complex wideband signals change frequency and amplitude with time. It measures how signal power is distributed with frequency, analyzes specific signals in the presence of other traffic with Time gating and packet /pulse finder within up to 200Mpt records. Correlates Frequency domain to Time domain with cursors linking amplitude vs. time, frequency vs. time and power vs. frequency. It down converts to apply the analysis features of a Tektronix RSA3408 using RSAVu.

For WiMedia Analysis types, it automatically detects all 10 Time Frequency Codes and all 8 data rates directly from WiMedia RF waveforms for easy setup and analysis. Digital down conversion, demodulation and analysis of all 6 WiMedia band groups, QPSK and DCM constellations and EVM tests based on the automatically detected data rate. The product also performs Adjacent Channel Power Ratio measurements in all bands within a band group from a single waveform.

This software install offers Free Trials for evaluation. Once the free trials are exhausted, a software security key may be purchased from Tektronix to permanently enable the software application on your oscilloscope.
